REFUND & RETURN POLICY

Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer returns based on a change of mind reason & due to hygiene purposes.

In some cases, a damaged or faulty item may fall through the checking process. If this happens, please inform us via email by sending a return request to forevergoldenlashes@gmail.com

 

Please notify us within 3 days of receiving your lashes. In your email, please give us your:

  • Full Name

  • Email Address

  • Order Number 

  • Date of Order 

  • Photos of the Faulty/Damaged Item

Please give us 24 hours to respond to your request. If your request is accepted, then please be aware that shipping costs need to be covered by the customer. 

All of our lashes are handmade, so they may slightly differ in style to the photographs on our website. If this is the case, please do not view this as a fault. 

 

Once we receive your item, we will then send you an email stating that we have received it. Please allow 3 - 5 working days for your refund to be processed.
